HOMEWORK
The students will read through a short passage and answer the questions on a separate sheet of paper. If there are any vocabulary terms that need to be defined, the students can use a dictionary or online dictionary. The homework is attached below for the upcoming weeks.
The students will be given a choice board at the beginning of the 9 weeks and must complete one box each week as they progress through their novels. If students are absent they will receive make-up time based on the days missed from school. In the event any student misplaces/lost their homework assignment, they can request another copy, however they must complete the boxes again. The reading logs are given at the beginning of every month and must be turned in at the end of each month.
READING LOGS ATTACHED:
ELA Homework Choice Board - Students will select one box every week and complete the assignment on a weekly basis, the entire choice board should be completed by the end of the nine weeks.
